Kennedy Scolds Sotomayor At Abortion Case Arguments

The exchange unfolded halfway through a hearing in the case NIFLA v. Becerra, a challenge to a 2015 California law that, among other things, requires unlicensed pro-life pregnancy centers to notify clients that they are not licensed by the state to provide medical services....
