SEC Launches Deliberations On NYSE Plan For Bitcoin ETFs

Law360 (March 26, 2018, 4:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday said it would launch proceedings to determine whether it should approve a New York Stock Exchange proposal to list and trade two bitcoin-related exchange-traded funds, possibly delaying a decision for months.
