Citing Cryptic Answers, Crypto-Investor Sues For Records

By Jeff Montgomery (March 27, 2018, 8:10 PM EDT) -- A limited partner investor in a venture of cryptocurrency hedge fund Polychain Capital sued in Delaware's Chancery Court late Monday for access to records on Polychain's assets, expenses and methods for tracking and redeeming accounts, citing refusals to respond voluntarily.

California resident Harry Greenhouse says he is an investor in Polychain Fund I LP, which maintains a portfolio of cryptocurrency-type digital assets such as bitcoin and Ethereum and investment vehicles called "Simple Agreements for Future Tokens," or SAFTs.
