10th Circ. Nixes Win For Holden & Carr In Fee Spat

Law360 (May 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit has reversed a lower court's summary judgment ruling for Holden & Carr PC in a fee dispute brought by a former member of the firm, ruling that the trial court erred in its interpretation of the fee agreement stemming from a worker safety case.
