NASD Panel Hears ING Whistleblower Dispute

Law360 (September 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A case involving a former ING mutual-fund salesman who claimed he was wrongfully terminated from ING Funds for raising concerns that the firm repeatedly breached securities laws went before an arbitration panel at the National Association of Securities Dealers on Monday.

Stuart Fromm, who sold ING funds to brokers, lodged the complaint against ING Funds Distributor LLC, the sales branch of ING Funds, as well as against five ING executives.
