Fed. Circ. Nixes Part Of ITC Ruling In Voltage IP Suit

Law360 (May 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated part of a ruling in the U.S. International Trade Commission that held certain products of Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. did not infringe the patent of rival Linear Technology Corp., in a dispute over electronic voltage regulators.
