Wis. Residents Hit Ethanol Plant With CAA Claims

Law360, New York (May 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of Wisconsinites has sued the companies that run a milling and ethanol plant in Cambria, Wis., over alleged pollution and violations of the Clean Air Act at the site, which the group argues has had an adverse impact on town residents.

Cambrians for Thoughtful Development, John Mueller and Leonore Neumann filed a first amended complaint Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wisconsin, seeking an order declaring that Didion Milling Inc. and Didion Ethanol LLC violated the Clean Air Act....
