Monaco Set To Sell RV Assets To Navistar For $52M

Law360, New York (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has cleared the way for recreational vehicle maker and resort operator Monaco Coach Corp. to sell substantially all of its RV assets to truck manufacturer Navistar Inc. for around $52 million.

Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Friday approved the asset purchase agreement among Monaco, purchaser Workhorse International Holding Co. and guarantor Navistar.
