Q&A With O'Melveny & Myers' Rich Parker

Law360 (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Richard Parker is head of the antitrust and competition practice group at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He has extensive experience in antitrust matters before enforcement agencies and in the courts.

Parker served for three years at the Federal Trade Commission as director of the Bureau of Competition, and oversaw the investigations of the Exxon-Mobil, BP Amoco-ARCO, and AOL-Time Warner mergers. He was the FTC’s co-lead counsel in obtaining a federal court injunction against the mergers of both Cardinal Health Corp. with Bergen Brunswick, and McKesson Corp....
