Newborn's experience spans a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, biotech, health care, energy, chemicals, defense, retailing and an array of hi-tech products. He is also a former director of litigation at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where he was in charge of the Merger Enforcement Program, and a former special assistant U.S. attorney.
