Young People Hit Fla. With Constitutional Climate Change Suit

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 2:56 PM EDT) -- A group of young people on Monday accused Florida officials of violating their state constitutional rights to a safe environment by promoting fossil fuel use despite knowing its harmful climate change impacts, echoing a similar lawsuit against the federal government that is set for trial this fall.
