Cooper-Vemedia Pays Sanofi $195M For 12 Pharma Brands

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 2:20 PM EDT) -- Private equity-backed Cooper-Vemedia has agreed to pay French pharmaceutical company Sanofi SA €158 million ($195.5 million) to buy a portfolio of 12 pharmaceutical brands that includes products focused on dermatology, eye care and other fields, the companies said on Monday.
