Powell Goldstein Nabs Chief AMA Lobbyist

Law360, New York (September 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move to expand its advocacy and government relations and health care practices, Powell Goldstein LLP has lured American Medical Association lobbyist Julius W. Hobson, Jr. to join the firm as senior policy advisor.

Hobson, who is currently the director of the Division of Congressional Affairs at the AMA, has more than 30 years of experience working with the U.S. Congress.
