Law360, New York (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Express Scripts Inc. announced Thursday that its planned $4.68 billion acquisition of pharmacy benefits manager NextRX LLC was moving ahead full steam after a mandatory antitrust review period came to an end with no action taken by regulators.
