A. Schulman Investor Sues Over $2.25B LyondellBasell Deal

Schulman Inc.'s board of directors misled shareholders about a $2.25 billion deal to sell the company to chemicals and refining giant LyondellBasell by hiding details of the acquisition, according to an investor's suit against the specialty plastics supplier in Delaware federal court.
