Unigen Founder Ordered To Testify In Seroctin IP Suit

Law360 (May 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered Unigen Pharmaceuticals Inc. founder Bill Lee to show up and give a deposition in a trademark, patent and contract case brought by Nevada-based health products maker Seroctin Research & Technologies Inc.

Magistrate Judge Brooke C. Wells of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah on Wednesday ordered the Korean businessman, who is scheduled to be in Seattle in June, to give a deposition then.
