Law360, New York (May 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In what might be described as a ye olde case of betrayal, a company that runs historical walking tours in Philadelphia has fired off a lawsuit against a group of former employees it claims engineered a plot to resign en masse and launch a rival operation.

The Constitutional Guided Walking Tours LLC on Wednesday filed suit in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas against its new competitor, Ye Olde History Tours, and its four owners/employees, alleging they violated their employment agreements and breached their common law...
