WaMu Shareholders Ask Again To Form Committee

Law360 (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group representing more than 700 individual shareholders in now-collapsed Washington Mutual Inc. has renewed its request to the Office of the U.S. Trustee for permission to form an official equity holders committee in the bankruptcy of the thrift’s former holding company.
