Flight Attendant Spat Not Fit For Fed. Court: 9th Circ.

Law360 (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ruling that the case is not fit for federal jurisdiction, a federal appeals court has struck down a preliminary injunction granted to the Association of Flight Attendants union in a work scheduling dispute with Mesa Airlines Inc. and others.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Monday vacated the preliminary injunction granted by a trial court to the flight attendants, remanding the matter with instructions to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
