Wyeth Workers Seek Summary Judgment In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nearly 100 current and former employees at a Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. plant in Guayama, Puerto Rico, have asked a court for summary judgment that time spent donning and doffing equipment and gear is compensable, arguing that Wyeth admitted as much when it changed its policy in 2006.
