Lawmakers Push For Action On Coal Permit Backlog

Law360 (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of Democratic lawmakers from coal-producing states has urged the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to quickly clear a growing backlog of applications for new mining permits.
