Insurer Denies Duty In USVI Airport Pollution Case

Law360 (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Zurich Financial Services unit American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Co. has asked a federal court to determine that it has no duty to defend or indemnify the Virgin Islands Port Authority, a cement company and an architectural firm in an underlying suit over dust pollution stemming from a runway expansion project.
