Del. Judge's OK Opens Door For CBOE Stock Offering

Law360, New York (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A court in Delaware gave final approval to a settlement in long-running litigation between the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group's Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, paving the way for the CBOE to list as a publicly traded company.
