Sen. Grills FINRA On Ex-Lehman Analyst's Claims

Law360 (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has asked the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to explain how it dealt with allegations of FINRA violations and insider trading at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.

Grassley, the ranking Republican on the Finance Committee, sent a letter Tuesday to FINRA Chairman and CEO Richard G. Ketchum, looking to find out whether FINRA's enforcement division investigated allegations by former Lehman Brothers analyst Ted Parmigiani, who covered the semiconductor industry.
