CWA Suit Over Wash. Mine Suffers Setback

Law360 (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has ruled that an environmental group can't pursue a lawsuit seeking to hold the U.S. Forest Service liable for pollution from an abandoned mine site in a national forest in Washington state because the site is already the subject of a cleanup plan under the Superfund law.
