Some new — and trending — efforts to tackle and prevent workplace sexual harassment could inadvertently create hurdles for internal investigations or to pursuing a court action, said attorneys at the event, "Sexual Harassment and the Law: A Call to Action for Lawyers in the #MeToo Era."
