Antitrust Group Adopts New Merger Review Standards

Law360 (June 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Representatives for more than 80 antitrust agencies from around the globe adopted three new recommendations during the eighth annual International Competition Network conference, calling for regulators to use real-world data and consider a broad scope of potential anti-competitive activity in merger analysis.
