Fla. Judge Halts Nominations For Jacksonville Judge Seat

Law360 (June 11, 2018, 10:08 PM EDT) -- A judge in Tallahassee, Florida, stopped interviews early Monday morning for judicial candidates for a position opening up on the bench in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court that a local attorney says should be filled by an election, not a gubernatorial appointment.
