Antero Gets W.Va. Royalty Owners' Payment Row Trimmed
Law360 (June 12, 2018, 3:59 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Monday trimmed now-consolidated suits brought by a coalition of oil and gas royalty owners who allege Antero Resources Corp. and related entities improperly reduced their payments, keeping only a breach of contract claim against a single defendant.
