Supreme Court To Hear Bankruptcy Law Challenge

Law360 (June 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will hear the federal government's objection to an appellate court decision striking down as unconstitutional a provision of a 2005 law barring lawyers from advising clients to incur more debt before filing for bankruptcy.
