DOJ Appellate Lawyer Maynard Leaves For MoFo

Law360 (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Experienced trial lawyer and former Assistant to the Solicitor General Deanne Maynard has left the U.S. Department of Justice to lead the appellate and U.S. Supreme Court practice at Morrison & Foerster LLP, attracted particularly by the firm’s work in antitrust and intellectual property.
