Ex-Dewey CFO Disbarred By Fraud Scheme Felony Conviction

Law360 (June 20, 2018, 10:32 PM EDT) -- Former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP chief financial officer Joel Sanders, convicted in New York state court last year on fraud and conspiracy charges, was disbarred Wednesday.

Sanders was struck from New York’s attorney roll based upon his felony conviction, according to the opinion and order issued Wednesday by the Appellate Division of the state’s Supreme Court, Second Judicial Department.
