Katrina Cleanup Co. Policy Doesn't Cover Suit: Insurer

Law360, New York (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Colony Insurance Co. has asked a judge to rule that it does not have to provide coverage to disaster recovery firm International Equipment Distributors Inc. for a lawsuit filed by a Gulf Coast-area development agency over a Hurricane Katrina cleanup agreement.
