Growers Sue DOL, DHS Over H-2A Visa Reform

Law360, New York (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A slew of growers’ associations have filed suit against the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, claiming they could be unfairly prosecuted for labor law violations under a new rule relating to foreign agricultural workers hired under H-2A visas.
