Payless Battles Insurer Over Crocs Defense Costs

Law360 (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Collective Brands Inc., the parent of the Payless ShoeSource footwear chain, has fired back at Discover Property & Casualty Insurance Co. and St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co in a duty to defend suit filed over defense costs the footwear company has racked up in ongoing trade dress litigation with shoe giant Crocs Inc.
