Royal Says 2 Insurers Not Sharing Asbestos Liability

Law360, New York (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a suit seeking to sort out coverage for thousands of asbestos exposure claims against Anco Insulations Inc., insurance carrier Royal Indemnity Co. has alleged that two fellow liability insurers have failed to contribute their fair share for defense and indemnity costs.
