By Ed Beeson (June 27, 2018, 10:56 PM EDT) -- President Donald Trump made it clear Wednesday that the world already knows the name of the person he is going to nominate to replace retiring Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. The question is, which name will it be?

Minutes after Justice Kennedy's retirement was publicly announced, Trump told reporters the person he'll name to replace the 81-year-old centrist jurist will come from his list of 25 potential picks for the high court.

"It will be somebody from that list," Trump said, according to a report from the White House press pool.
