Schott Agrees To $1.5M Settlement In Sex Bias Suit

Law360 (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Schott North America Inc. is set to fork over nearly $1.5 million to settle a discrimination suit alleging that the company fired several female workers because of their sex.
