Team To Reconsider Oil, Gas Leases On Utah Land

Law360 (June 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A special team will be created to decide if any of 77 parcels of land in Utah on which a judge barred the U.S. Department of the Interior from entering into oil and gas leases are appropriate for development, and the Bureau of Land Management will formulate a comprehensive air quality strategy for the region, according to the DOI.
