Diesel Engine Cos. Support EPA Against Navistar

Law360 (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of diesel engine manufacturers is seeking to intervene in a case filed by truck maker Navistar International Corp. against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency challenging its nitrogen oxide emission guidelines, which Navistar claims the manufacturers influenced for their own benefit.
