EEOC Report Struck From Duke Energy Racism Suit

Law360 (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dealing a blow to a former employee suing Duke Energy Carolinas LLC and a staffing agency for racial discrimination, a federal judge has struck certain allegations from the record, ruling that findings by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission are highly prejudicial and immaterial to the case.
