Deals Rumor Mill: Tyson, Saudi Aramco, Enel

By Adam Rhodes (July 27, 2018, 7:54 PM EDT) -- Tyson Foods is negotiating a deal to buy McDonald's chicken supplier Keystone Foods from Brazilian food processing giant Marfrig, Reuters reported on Friday. According to the report, the companies are in exclusive talks, with Mafrig expected to sell the unit for up to $3 billion. The report comes after Reuters reported a month ago that Tyson was interested in the unit. Tyson Foods subsidiaries in mid-May agreed to buy American Proteins' and its AMPRO Products unit's poultry rendering and blending assets for around $850 million....
