Axinn Taps Skadden Antitrust Adviser As Partner In DC

By Chuck Stanley (July 26, 2018, 7:09 PM EDT) -- Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider announced Thursday it has brought on former Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP counsel Tiffany Rider as a partner with the firm's antitrust group in Washington, D.C.

Rider's work on antitrust issues over the past 15 years has included defending companies and individuals in international cartel cases, and advocating before the U.S. Department of Justice, the European Commission and the Canadian Competition Bureau, among other global enforcement agencies.

Rider said she was drawn to Axinn by its reputation for tackling complex matters related to antitrust, intellectual property and high-stakes litigation with focus and efficiency.
