In-House Counsel Less Stressed By Money Than Other Attys

By Aebra Coe (July 27, 2018, 5:33 PM EDT) -- In-house counsel were less likely to report being stressed out by finances than any other group of attorneys, according to Law360's recent Satisfaction Survey.

When asked, "Do you feel stressed by finances?" 35 percent of in-house attorneys responded in the affirmative, while a larger portion of government lawyers, as well as law firm associates, of counsel, non-equity partners and equity partners responded "yes" to the question, according to the survey, which was released on July 23. 

The group most stressed by finances was of counsel, with 58 percent responding affirmatively, followed by associates, of whom 54 percent said they are anxious...
