Stuart Grant Retires With A Warning For Delaware's Future

By Jeff Montgomery (July 27, 2018, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Two decades after co-founding Grant & Eisenhofer PA, Delaware plaintiffs bar trailblazer Stuart Grant plans to retire to a new litigation finance venture next week, leaving behind a warning that Delaware's courts have largely slammed the door on the stockholder merger challenges he helped pioneer.

Come Tuesday, Grant, 58, plans to end his active practice and sell back his law firm shares, devoting himself full time to Bench Walk Advisors, a venture he formed with G&E partner Jay Eisenhofer that already has hundreds of millions of dollars at work.
