Pa. High Court Nixes Challenge To State Liability Law

Law360, New York (June 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pennsylvania’s highest court has thrown out the appeal of a closely watched failure-to-warn case based on asbestos exposure, rejecting a distributor's bid to challenge existing state laws that hold every entity in the distribution chain strictly liable for any product defect.
