Fen-Phen Attys Ordered To Pay Feds $30M

Law360, New York (June 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys convicted of siphoning off millions of dollars intended for plaintiffs in a fen-phen class action will have to pay $30 million as a money judgment, and that doesn’t include money they’ve already spent paying off their victims in state suits, a federal judge has said.
