Fed. Circ. Reverses In Child Vaccine Dispute

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Puncturing a special master’s decision to refuse compensation for a child allegedly injured by a whooping cough vaccine, an appeals court has reversed the U.S. Court of Federal Claims decision and mandated that the court award damages to the child's parents.
