Scrushy Moves For New Trial

Law360 (September 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A spate of mysterious letters has spurred former HealthSouth chief executive Richard M. Scrushy and disgraced ex-governor of Alabama Don Siegelman to request a new trial.

The defendants argue that the Internet corrupted the jury deliberations that led to their June convictions on charges stemming from their roles in a bribery scheme.
