AstraZeneca Strikes Out Again Over Seroquel Expert

Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge in charge of multidistrict litigation over AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP's antipsychotic drug Seroquel has once again denied a request by the drugmaker to exclude general causation testimony of a scientific expert witness for the plaintiffs.
